RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item(s) within 10 days from the date of your purchase, or issue a store credit. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a store credit or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Look No Wire allows returns for in-store credit or exchanges only, no refund. Returns/exchanges are not acepted after 10 days from date of purchase.
